Package A - The Platinum Event

This package enlists Diamond Star 5 Events, Inc. to help you plan your wedding from the engagement to the reception. “The Grand Event” package includes sessions and vendor referrals. We’ll also focus on a monthly timeline/task list, as well as a detailed wedding budget.

This package includes:

Initial consultation
Preparation of monthly wedding task list and timeline
Preparation/maintenance of wedding budget
Assist in overall wedding design/style/theme
Vendor/venue referrals
Check vendor availability
Schedule vendor meetings
Negotiate vendor pricing
Review/provide guidance on vendor contracts and selection
Schedule/attend all final vendor consultations
Preparation/maintenance of vendor contracts and selection
Ongoing vendor correspondence to confirm services, timeline, fees
Facilitate rentals (tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware, tenting, dance floors, heating/cooling, etc)
Stationary consultation
Monthly in-person planning sessions
Unlimited troubleshooting/guidance
Available up to eight hours on wedding day
Return rental items the Monday after the wedding

Package B - The Gold Event

Even the most organized and efficient couples could use a helping hand. This package gets you started on the right foot with customized vendor recommendations. Then you take over the planning from there. We jump back in about two months prior to the wedding and ensure everything goes as planned. It includes the following:

Customized list of vendor recommendations based on your preferences, style and priorities
Overall management/direction of rehearsal, ceremony and reception - including set up and breakdown
Preparation and distribution letter/timeline to wedding party and family
Ceremony structure and logistics
Reception layout/logistics
Coordination with all vendors including ceremony officiate and reception facility manager to confirm timeline and contracted services
Access to wedding day emergency kit (includes everything from hair spray to hand cream, panty hose to panty liners, bobby pins to safety pins)
Distribution of final payments to vendors on wedding day
Available up to eight hours on wedding day
Assistance with site decorating on wedding day
Pin on boutonnieres and distribute bouquets
Dress bustling
Two in person planning sessions
Final walk-through at wedding site
Unlimited phone calls/emails
Add budget/timeline

Package C - The Silver Event - Basic Package

This package provides all the basic information you need to get started.

Package C is a great time-saver since it will save you from having to the research and interview many vendors in each category, contact references, etc. It is also a great money saver because we work with many vendors who give our clients discounts. We will meet to discuss your plans and preferences. Package C includes:

Timeline - monthly task list
Detailed budget (about how much you can expect to spend in each category based on your finances and preferences)
Recommendations for vendors/venues that suit your needs, budget and style
Lists of questions you should ask your vendors when you interview them.
